Checking your neck for lumps is an easy way to do a self-exam for early detection of hypothyroidism cancer.
Stand in front of the mirror and stretch your neck back so you can see and feel your throat properly. Swallow a couple of times and feel the area where your thyroid is. Look for any lumps or swollen areas.

I’m starting to loose my mind. Last year I went to the gym had a four pack working on the other two then all the sudden my thyroid went out of wack gain 30 pds. I do not anything bad. Oatmeal/break then meat rollup/lunch then chik/steam veg like broc.onons.cerlery.portab for dinner I CANT LOOSE THIS WEIGHT. I go on 25-25 mile bicycle ride for cardio.
